Colin John Jenkins, Principal

Colin holds a first class honours in Architecture and a Masters in Project Management with Distinction from the University of Liverpool. He is passionate about the promotion of Sustainable Development, pursuing an accreditation in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (L.E.E.D) from the United States Green Building Council. In 2018 he became the first WELL Accredited Professional in the Caribbean. Colin in the past has served as Chairman on the Bureau of Standards’ Environmental Management Committee and currently serves as President of the Renfrew Community group. He is one of the co-founders of the Antigua and Barbuda Council on Sustainable Development (ABCoSD) - Antigua and Barbuda's first Think Tank, the Cuban University Alumni Inc. and currently serves as Vice president of the Antigua and Barbuda Institute of Architects (A.B.I.A.). He was past Chairman of the Antigua and Barbuda Architect Registration Board and is a member of the Project Management Institute and lectures Project Management to the University of The West Indies Open Campus. He devotes considerable time engaging in social projects and men’s empowerment activism, social research, writing Architectural articles, sharing Historical and Architecturally related images in an effort to educate.

Jerome I. Jenkins, Principal

Jerome I. Jenkins is a graduate of the Caribbean School of Architecture. He was awarded a BA (Hons) in Architecture, a Masters in Project Management with a concentration on Construction and Infrastructure Management from the University of Liverpool, UK , a Certified Quantity Surveyor (RICS) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). He has also attained a wide experience over decades working with local Architectural Firms, The Ministry of Public Work & Communication Design and Control Division, OBM Antigua , the Stanford Development Company Ltd as Project Executive and is a member of the Project Management Institute . He works extensively on-site in the discipline of Construction and Project Management.

Connie George-Jenkins, Principal

Past member of the AIA Interior Design and an accomplished Interior Designer. Her body of commissioned works includes: The award winning Executive Lounge New V.C. Bird International Airport, Caribbean Alliance Insurance Building, Galley Bay Heights Villa Eurella, Bodog Call Centre Offices, Antigua Commercial Bank (Village Walk Branch), Palm Island Resort in the Grenadines to name a few. Connie has interests in Business Management and is a certified professional in Tourism Management and Administration. Completing a MBA in Business Administration since 2005.
