ADOMS Headquarters is a two‑storey, 10,120 sq.ft. waterfront facility sited at Parcel 181, Deep Water Harbour to consolidate administrative, operational and maritime functions. The design frames the quay with a pitched‑roof composition, sheltered forecourt and contiguous boardwalk, providing secure vessel berthing, controlled access and a civic arrival space.

Ground floor programs prioritize public-facing functions; reception, counters, interview rooms, and operational coordination, while the upper floor houses admin staff, meeting, conference, and executive areas.

A glazed circulation spine and external walkways optimize daylighting, wayfinding, and cross‑ventilation, and modular bays allow future reconfiguration.

Material and technical strategies respond to the marine environment and operational resilience: a textured exterior masonry base, ventilated rainscreen cladding, corrosion‑resistant roofing and marine‑grade metals, elevated floor levels, robust drainage and hurricane‑resilient detailing.

Layered security, consolidated plant, and communications hubs enable integrated telemetry and redundant power for continuous readiness.
